ULTRASONIC CLEANERS

The ultrasonic cleaner US-Cleaner series is designed for use in industry, craft and laboratory. It is equipped with an electronically controlled heater that can be set by a knob on the front, between 20°C and 80°C. The ultrasonic power can be set between 40% and 100%. The device has a sturdy and easy-care stainless steel housing. The oscillating tank is also made of 10/18 stainless steel.

How to use the US-Cleaner Series


The tub is filled to just below the embossed fold with the cleaning liquid (consisting of tap water or mineral-free water and the cleaning concentrate). Important: The device must never be operated without liquid. In order to avoid damage to the items to be cleaned and the tub, the items to be cleaned must not be placed directly on the bottom of the tub, we recommend a hanging basket for this purpose.

After the cleaning liquid has been filled, the device is switched on with the power switch and the liquid is degassed with the aid of ultrasound for about 10 minutes. The temperature setting knob is used to set the preset or desired temperature. During the heating phase LED TC lights up. After the heating up phase the desired ultrasonic cleaning time is set with the mechanical timer. The cleaning time results from the degree of soiling of the cleaning material, as well as the cleaning agent used and can be adjusted from 0 to 15 minutes. In position D, the device is in continuous operation. For sensitive or low contamination parts, US cleaning performance can be reduced to 40% of maximum cleaning performance using the power adjustment knob. The time and the temperature control are switched independently of each other and can therefore be used individually.
