The induction heating generators have been developed by us since 1991 and adapted to the present day, through constant development and practical relevance, of modern electronics and power semiconductor technology. When developing the generator series, the existing thyristor technology was consciously dispensed with, since the great advantages of the IGBT module technology were already clearly recognized in advance. Of course, all generators are equipped with micro-controllers in order to realize high operational safety and also customer special wishes fast by software change. All generators are CE compliant.

Of course, all generators are equipped with micro-controllers in order to realize high operational safety and also customer special wishes fast by software change. All generators are CE compliant.
Induction heating generators with more than 6000 watts are custom made for inductor, workpiece and technical requirements. We produce generators up to 20kW output.
The high-frequency generator IG 2000H guarantees high reliability through state-of-the-art transistor technology. Use for 100% ED. The dialogue menu is multilingual, German, English French, Spanish and Italian. The output power, effectively 2000 W, approx. 600-1000 kHz, can be adjusted by potentiometer in the range of 5-100% or preselected and fixed in the menu, as well as externally set with a DC voltage of 0-10 V. Target and actual value display in %, frequency, time and temperature are displayed on the self-illuminating dot matrix display.
